Leanne is a multi-disciplinary artist based in Naarm (Melbourne) whose creative journey began after a career in electrical engineering and software development. Her work has been shown in various exhibitions, including a solo exhibition at Gasworks Arts Park in 2025. She is actively involved with Papermakers of Victoria, where she runs workshops and curates and chairs bi-monthly online artist talks featuring local and international paper artists.

An abstract capture of a moment. Taken just after sunrise utilising the golden light reflecting off structures into a dirty puddle. The Olympus live comp mode, allows me to ‘draw’ with the light, creating my composition in camera with movement over an extended time. The accompanying negative completes the pairing – golden and blue hours, warm and cool, representing the changing light as night transforms into day.
