This photo was taken during a transitional period in my life, when the stress of life’s major questions seemed to consume my mind. It aims to convey a small moment of appreciation and emotion, glowing softly through the image. For me, it expresses those rare times when I feel as though I am doing exactly what I am meant to do.

The presence of the sun and light acts as a physical depiction of breakthrough: a release from stress and worry shining through the frame. The light takes up space, becoming the subject matter and the point of focus. It represents the intensity of what I was feeling in that moment: sometimes blinding, overwhelming, and impossible to ignore; other times gentle, like a warmth lingering quietly in the background.
